How to Use Opinbox
Step 1: Create Your Survey
- Access SurveyJS Creator: Visit the SurveyJS Creator (opens in a new tab) to start building your survey.
- Design Your Survey: Utilize the intuitive drag-and-drop interface to add various question types, customize the survey layout, and configure settings according to your needs.
- Save Your Survey: Once you’re satisfied with the design, save your survey and note the survey JSON configuration.
Step 2: Add Your Survey on Opinbox
- Sign Up or Log In: Access the Opinbox platform and either sign up for a new account or log in if you already have one.
- Navigate to Survey Manger: After logging in, go to your Survey Manager.
- Create a New Survey: Click on the Add a New Survey” button and enter the json schema or upload the
.json
file. - Import Survey JSON: Paste the survey JSON configuration you saved from SurveyJS Creator into the provided field.
Step 3: Deploy your Survey on Opinbox
Use the Opinbox survey launch widged to bring the survey you just added live with just a few clicks.
Step 4: Manage and Monitor Your Surveys
- Survey Management: From your dashboard, you can view all your active surveys, monitor their progress, and manage responses.
- Run Management: Easily start, pause, or end survey runs as needed.
- View Results: Access real-time results and detailed analytics for each survey.
- Export Data: Export your survey results in CSV or PDF format for further analysis or reporting purposes.

- Advanced Analytics: Utilize our upcoming advanced analytics tools to gain deeper insights into your survey data.
- Visualization Tools: Create visual representations of your data to help communicate findings effectively.
